I’m delighted to announce that I have a new album coming out on 25th November with multi-instrumentalist Rob Harbron, entitled ‘Time Was Away’. It’s available to preorder from our duo website and on our Bandcamp page. Our debut duo album comprises eight folk songs and two 20th Century poems set to music. Recorded and produced by the award-winning Andy Bell of Hudson Records, the album has been described as ‘an elegant and understated fragile gem’ by FRUK.

Meeting Point single

Our first single is the song Meeting Point - a poem by Louis MacNeice set to music by Tim Dalling and featuring some lovely flugelhorn from Pete Judge. It's available now on streaming platforms . You can also have a listen to The Healths and Borstal Boy which are also on streaming now ahead of the full album release on the 25th.

New video

We've just released a video to go along with the single - watch it on the Folk Radio UK site and have a read of their lovely review of the album too!

Album preorders

If you are able to pre-order the album we'd be delighted as this is an independent release!  We've got signed copies available, and also a beautiful limited edition print by artist Alex Merry (below).  Pre-orders will be going out immediately so if you want to get hold of the album before the official release date, go to https://emilyandrob.uk
